Etihad Garden is spread over 1,780 kanals and offers Residential and Commercial plots of various sizes. The Plots are available at cash payment and can also be booked by paying a 25% down payment, and the remaining amount will be paid in 47 monthly installments. The prices of both types of plots vary according to the location and size of the Plot. The details about price variations are given in the following image of Etihad Town's payment plan.


Second phase

The second phase of the project is not launched yet. It contains 3,5,7,8 and 10 Marla residential plots and 2, 4, 5, and 8 Marla commercial plots. It is expected to be launched soon. Further details are given below:

  • Get a 5% discount on a 50% down payment on four years installment plan.

  • One factor will have 10% extra charges; additional factors will be charged a 5% premium.

Booking Process

Customers need to apply for membership. After confirmation of membership in 2 weeks, the customer's Plot will be booked.

Booking can be made at Etihad Town's sales offices or by sending duly filled booking forms and payment (PO/DD) through courier.
